Designed by ixöq and handwoven by our partner artisans in Guatemala, using threads of recycled plastic, our medium size ‘cesta’ totes come in a variety of colors and designs. The boxy design creates a small tote that can still carry so so much. These are totes are perfect as a small market tote (nothing will get smushed!), a lunch or take out carrier, home office storage or as a purse. The sturdy design means you won’t lose things in an infinite bag bottom. And they are very durable and easy to clean and 100% vegan!

The 2 color interweave is an ixöq design that has two complementary colors woven together. We've used it extensively in our boxi line of storage containers & planters & are now trying it out with our cestas, starting with this stunning combination of blues.

All ixöq products are ethically made, sustainable sourced and follow fair trade standards. We work directly with our partner artisans on each custom order and pay a fair wage for the artisans’ work. 

Each cesta tote comes with a decorative tassel.
