It's hard to know what other's may want so if you'd like to share ixöq with someone but aren't sure what they'd like you can do so via a gift card!

Gift cards can be purchased starting at $50 & up to $250 & we're happy to work with the recipient to find that perfect collection of ixöq products. We also have adorable mini cestas that you can use to present the card. They can be hung on a tree - or elsewhere - and are the perfect keychain. They are normally $14 but are discounted with the purchase of a $50-100 gift card & free with gift cards over $150. And they are so cute!!

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email with the gift card information so please be on the lookout for this. It contains the information necessary for redemption of the card. If you selected a gift card with a holder we will send you this separately. The system will say that your order has been fulfilled with the email but worry not ... you will receive the mini-cesta & token gift card to present as well. If you'd like this sent directly to the recipient please note that in the order notes.

All ixöq products are ethically made, sustainable sourced and follow fair trade standards. We work directly with our partner artisans on each order and guarantee we pay a fair wage. We honor traditional craft while creating contemporary and useful products.

Shipping is based on a flat rate designated by product. We offer free shipping for all orders over $175 (use code FREESHIP175).

All ixöq products are handmade and custom produced so we cannot accept returns based on slight variations in color or measurement. We accept returns if an item is damaged or differs in design or by more than an inch (2cm) in measurement from the specs. Items that cannot be returned can be exchanged for another in-stock item. We do not accept returns on special ordered items.

Returns (for refund or exchange) must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact us (info@ixoqus.com) if you need to make a return or exchange & we will work with you to get the product you desire. If you're interested in an exchange please look at the current in-stock items & let us know which you would like as a replacement.

We will charge or refund any price difference & ship the replacement (free of charge) once we have received the returned product. If a full refund is approved, the cost of the item less shipping will be refunded using the original payment method.
