Shipping is based on a flat rate designated by product. We offer free shipping for all orders over $175 (use code FREESHIP175).
All ixöq products are handmade and custom produced so we cannot accept returns based on slight variations in color or measurement. We accept returns if an item is damaged or differs in design or by more than an inch (2cm) in measurement from the specs. Items that cannot be returned can be exchanged for another in-stock item. We do not accept returns on special ordered items.
Returns (for refund or exchange) must be received within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us (info@ixoqus.com) if you need to make a return or exchange & we will work with you to get the product you desire. If you're interested in an exchange please look at the current in-stock items & let us know which you would like as a replacement.
We will charge or refund any price difference & ship the replacement (free of charge) once we have received the returned product. If a full refund is approved, the cost of the item less shipping will be refunded using the original payment method.
